TERMS & CONDITIONS
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER THIS RETREAT. You need to have your own travel insurance and provide us with those details in case of emergency. Your insurance should cover you for cancellation, sickness, losses and all the usual risks. This is a condition of booking one of our retreats.
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to confirm your place on the retreat. The 75% balance is then required at least 40 days ahead of the retreat start date. Should payment not be received by then we reserve the right to transfer your place on the retreat to another person at our discretion. Any balance payments are fully refundable until 40 days before the retreat start date, and are fully non-refundable from the 40 days preceding the retreat start date.
Your retreat reservation is fully transferable to another person of the same gender over the age of 18, for the same date and package, provided you let us know at least 14 days in advance.
The prices quoted on our website are in British Pounds. To keep admin costs to a minimum, payment is via PayPal online (you don’t need a PayPal account, just your bank card). If you wish to pay by other means, please contact us via email or phone to arrange.
The majority of rooms on our retreats are based on two sharing with twin beds. If booking a single place we will highlight this ahead of confirming your booking. When sharing a room with a stranger we will ensure it’s with the same gender as yourself. A single occupancy supplement is available upon request and the price for this will vary from retreat to retreat.
5. Your Travel Arrangements
All travel arrangements are your responsibility and at you own cost. We shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations in any of the companies you may have made arrangements with, or for any irregularities in your documentation required for travel. Once you book we will let you know which flights the retreat leader is taking – ideally we can travel together, but this is just to make it more fun, not a requirement. Transfers to/from the retreat are included in your booking – provided you let us know when you are arriving and departing when you pay your balance.
6. Our liability to you
(a) We accept responsibility for ensuring that the retreats are supplied as described and that the services we are contractually obliged to provide are to a reasonable standard.
(b) We do not accept any liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances or other events beyond our control.
(c) We are not liable for any injuries you may incur. Yoga classes are undertaken at your own risk. We are not liable for any medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the retreat. We are not liable for loss of, or damage to, your personal property.
If you have a problem during your retreat, please inform one of our team immediately and she will endeavour to put things right.
8. Cancellation by us
We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel a retreat, in which case we will offer a full refund of all monies paid.
